Gold Card Club
The Gold Card Club is a social/support club for senior
citizens meeting in the Kaiapoi Cooperating Church Hall, cnr
Fuller/Peraki St. on the last Tuesday of each month. This
month we will commence at 1.30pm. This is a free social
afternoon, open to all. The Canterbury Japanese Choir will
sing at 1.30 followed by a movie. Afternoon tea will be

The Lions Club of Rangiora are now taking orders for this

ROTARY CLUB OF RANGIORA
Alex Murray Education Grant
The Rotary Club of Rangiora awards a grant each
year in memory of a former member, Alex Murray,
to assist a young person about to leave school to
undertake further education or training at a further
education centre, polytechnic or university.
The grant, to a value of $3000, will be awarded to
a young person living in either the Waimakariri or
Hurunui Districts. The grant is to assist with
course fees and/or study materials.
Applications for this grant, to assist with the costs
of study to be commenced in 2014, are called for.
