In accordance with Clause 10 of Part 1 of the First
Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991,
Waimakariri District Council gives notice that the
decision on submissions on Private Plan Change
P09 to the Waimakariri District Plan is now

Change request with modifications by:
• Adding new District Plan Map 171 (Woodend
Road, Outline Development Plan);
• Amending District Plan Maps 48 and 131 and
adding District Plan Maps 131 A, B and C to
give effect to the Residential 4A rezoning;
• Adding new Rule 18.104.22.168 and Figure 27.14
relating to minimum dwellinghouse floor levels;
• Amending Rule 22.214.171.124 (Table 31.1)
requiring a structure setback from local road
• Adding new Rule 126.96.36.199 and amending Rule
188.8.131.52 relating to site boundary fencing;
• Amending Rule 184.108.40.206 to insert new clause
"y" to make reference to District Plan Map 171;
• Adding new Rule 220.127.116.11 to provide for
• Amending Rule 18.104.22.168 to apply the
accidental discovery protocol;
• Any consequential amendments as necessary.
