Just like Kristene Delamore (May
18), I felt sympathy for the plight

room -- there wasn't any traffic
coming east, so they could have
easily pulled out.
I have as much right on the
road as anyone to enjoy my
pastime; I ride as close to the
edge of the road as I can, most
times on or as close to the white
line as possible. I cannot ride on
the verge like horses can.
Come on, horse people, as the
old phrase goes -- do as you would
be done by.
Bouquet for WDC
Last week, the Pegasus Residents
Group held its AGM.
The meeting was attended by
approximately 60 Pegasus
residents and the main drawcard
was a question and answer
session with staff from the
Waimakariri District Council.
