requires a multi skilled administrator to assist the
centre managers and two business owners. This is
an existing role that will include:
• Management and update of staff rosters and
preparation of wage sheets.
• Update children daily attendance.
• Enter enrolment and change of booking
information onto childcare program.
• Invoicing parents and answering any queries.
• Update childcare program for payments
received from parents.
• Weekly Banking.
• Enter WINZ receipts to parent accounts.
• Liaise with centre managers regarding the
enrolments, staff rosters and parent queries.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks.
We are looking for an experienced, capable
administrator to work closely with the centre
managers and staff as well as parents of the
centre, so good communication skills is essential.
Previous experience with Excel, Word, APT
