Before we moved to New Zealand I
went on a diet and lost 26kgs. Two
years later , a shift to a new country ,
New Zealand from the states , several
IVF treatments and eventually a sleep
depriving but gorgeous baby I gained
all the weight back on and more.
I decided I needed to lose the weight
for the sake of my health and so I can
be the the best for my family.
I have found the Kate Morgan Weight
Loss Program to be a great product
and so far it has worked well for me.
I am looking forward to the 8 week
challenge and challenge anyone out
there to join me in this adventure!

Labour Weekend -- October 19 to
October 21 -- the pupils of St
Joseph's School in Rangiora have
been delving into the past, with
each class in the school studying a
different history unit.
Next term the children will
complete the package with study
units on celebration.
It's about encouraging the chil-
dren to think about the past and
how to commemorate that, in the
leadup to the jubilee,'' deputy
principal Dallas Wichman said.
The classes have been looking
at the history of New Zealand,
from the arrival of Maori and then
the settlers, right through to the
founding of our school.''
This included an old-fashioned
dress-up day yesterday, where
students were invited to take a
page from 100 years ago in
exchange for a gold coin donation
to the St Vincent de Paul charity.
