Fun Run / Walk Training
Week 3: September 12 to 18
Hopefully you are feeling the ben-
efit of the hard work you have put
your body through over the last
couple of weeks.
We are only gradually increasing
your mileage to allow your body to
adjust to the workload.
With the warmer weather we hope
to get in September remember to
keep well hydrated. Keep sugary
drinks to a minimum -- you are 70
per cent water so you do need to
replace that when you exercise.
Keep up the good work and all the
best for your training this week.
Remember that the team at
McAlpines Mitre 10 Mega Sports
Centre in Rangiora are also avail-
able to help with your training.
